We are considering a long stay caravan in NW Mexico, based on our current Copper Canyon Tour. This provides an option to experience Mexico safely, and for Canadians wishing to avoid spending a lot of money in the US, an alternative to Florida, Texas or Arizona.

Here is how it would work:

1) We would price it the same as our current 35 day tour plus maybe about $500 extra, so it would cost under $7500 US for approximately 3 months.

2) It would include everything in our Copper Canyon tour (see https://www.mexicocaravns.com/copper.html)

3) 25 days of your RV parks would be covered, plus all meals and features in teh normal Copper Canyon topur.

4) you would be responsible for the remaining RV Park days (approx $25-$30 a day)

5) The trip would enter at Nogales, Az and exit at Laredo, Tx. We would include the spectacular Mazatlan-Durnago Highway, Durnago, Zacatecas & Saltillo. There will be tours in Zacatecas and possibly Durnago. That is where the extra cost comes in plus paying for the Wagon Masters RV parking.

6) There will be an overnight at Rancho Betania southbound in Santa Ana, then long stays at San Carlos, Huatabampito, Las Glorias (Near Guasave) and Mazatlan. Shorter stays (1 or 2 days) at Alamos, Zacatecas, Durango & Saltillo. Possibly also Teacapan and Celestino Gaza (If that park is open). Most parks are beachfront and have hookups. There will be dry camping in El Fuerte, but you will up at Copper Canyon for most of that stay, anyway. Dog care will be arranged. We may possibly include Guadalajara.

7) The Wagon Masters are Mexican-American and bilingual.

8) We need 10 rigs to make this viable. with a max of 12.

9) The estimated price is $7500 US per rig, including the extra tours.

10) Estimated duration is Jan 10 to April 10th. The copper canyon train is really the only fixed dates, so we can flex a bit.
