New payment Policies for 2027 Trips (Credit card buttons at bottom of page)
NOTE: Do not make deposits for 2027 trips at this time !!! We likely will not take them until late 2025, once we have schedules up, and the trips secured. WE WILL CONTACT YOU, AND REDIRECT YOU TO THIS PAGE WHEN WE ARE READY. We will confirm you have filled out the form. IF A TRIP APPEARS TO BE FILLING, THEN WE START TAKING DEPOSITS.
You may pay by Credit Card, US Check, Canadian Check, Money Orders, Cash or Canadian E-transfers. There are 3 possible payments in total. (See chart below)
We now set prices in Canadian dollars, but we handle US Dollars at going book rate, not Buy/Sell
To bring our policies more in line with our competitors, we are altering both deposit and payment methods for the Spring 2027 Season. This should make it easier and more convenient for most customers.
1) We are reducing the "non refundable" deposit amounts to $700 Canadian for most trips, and $1350 Canadian for the 3 month Yucatan trip. These are now in line with our competitors. (If using US funds, approx. $500 or $1000 US.) There will be no discount on deposit amounts for paying by cash, etransfer, Wise or check. For the intitial deposit we much prefer you use a credit card, or if you are Canadian, you may also use an E-transfer.
2) There will be 3 payment dates after deposit. They will be June 1st, and Sept 15th, and final payment at the border. Remember all those amounts over the deposit, are 100% refundable up until 120 days before departure.
3) If you sign up after April 1st, then you need to pay the deposit, plus any amounts already due on payment dates in item 2 or the chart below.
4) Failing to meet a payment may result in spot forfeiture and opening your spot to others. You will be given the opportunity to pay the missed payment/payments before losing your slot.
5) Anericans may make payments using a check, or money order, or credit card. If they do not use a credit card, they will be discounted 3.5% off any payments made by the other methods. This will be credited to the final payment, which should be in US cash or Canadian e-transfer at the border. Cash or etransfers will result in a 3.5% discount applied to that final payment. Please do not deduct this yourself, we keep track and adjust your final payment amount. It makes bookeeping easier
6) We are planning to do our pricing in Canadian dollars instead of US to bring things in line with our French Operations. There is a useful converter app below the price chart below. You may still pay in US dollars of course, conversion is done at the straight book rate, not buy/sell, so it should not matter.
7) If you cannot make a trip, we frequently try to arrange pushing forward of payments to the following year which benefits both customer and company.

Checks or money orders should usually be received prior to due dates. If paying by credit card, use one of the 2 buttons at page bottom and fill in the amount according to the chart below.
Payment Chart 2027. If amounts seem high, remember they are Canadian dollars, not USD.
Canadian amounts are listed. Use widget below to convert to USD. Departure amount is an estimate. If you sign up after May 31st, amount owed at signup is the sum of payments up to current date. For example if you sign up for Baja on June 7th, then your first payment would be $700 plus $1800 (Canadian). Cash amounts at departure must be in Equivalent USD, you will be notified of your amount.
Note: These are minimum amounts and payment dates, if you want to make fewer, larger, payments , that is quite allright. Remember any payments over deposit are refundable until 120 days prior to departure. Prices arer 2026 values. Likely to rise by Jan 2026 .

4 Methods of Payment
Everybody will receive individual invoices for final payments close to departure. Final amounts may differ from chart below, depending on cash discounts, single discounts, etc.
1) Paying by Check (must arrive between March 15th and Oct 15th):

3) Paying using WISE (bank to bank transfer)
To do this you need to open an account with Wise. There are several ways to access your bank account, debit cars etc. available there, ans send us the payment in Pesos. https://www.wise.com There will be some fees applicable, but they are easily covered by our 3.5% discount. You need to establish us as a recipient. You are transfering US or Canadian dollars to Pesos
